Sarah and Ceri travelled to Uganda earlier this month to attend a wedding of a colleague from the hospital. They took the opportunity to spend a week at the hospital. It was wonderful to see many friends and colleagues again. It provided a useful time to meet with the hospital communications and fundraising team to discuss how the charity and the hospital can work effectively together. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Dr Birungi, the executive director, and Sarah, the chair of trustees. We look forward to a long and happy relationship!
